Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, cash management, analyzing accounts, and budgeting and accounting controls

Special Projects

Analyzing the City's rate structures, capital programming, purchasing procedures, annual audit, and identifying and developing cost saving opportuinites.
