2021 Road Construction Begins

The City of Plymouth's 2021 road construction projects have begun west of Harvey Street.  This morning crews began working on pavement removals on Hartsough Street and will soon move to Jenner Street.   

As always, caution is advised for both pedestrians and drivers in and near construction areas.
