Vaccine Clinic for Age16 and Older
Published on Apr 21, 2021 15:14

Rite Aid, in cooperation with the City of Plymouth, is offering a Covid Vaccination Clinic for everyone age 16 and up at the Plymouth Cultural Center at 525 Farmer on April 27 and 28. There are 1,000 appointments available on each day.

Rite Aid will be offering the Pfizer vaccine, which will require a follow up visit for a second vaccine on May 18 or 19. Those who register for an appointment must be available to receive the second dose on one of those days. Anyone who will not be available for the second vaccine on May 18 or 19 is ineligible to register for the April clinic.

There is no charge for vaccine, but people who attend will be required to present photo ID and, if they have it, an insurance card. Those who do not have an insurance card will still be able to obtain the vaccine without charge.

Those under the age of 18 will need consent from a parent or legal guardian. The Rite Aid consent form is available on our website.
