Unused drug collection service resumes today

The City of Plymouth's drug collection service, which is intended to reduce the amount of unneeded medicine in residents' homes, decrease prescription drug abuse, and keep drugs out of our waterways, was temporarily suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic. The service will be restored today, Monday, March 1.

 

The City of Plymouth's Drug Collection Unit site is open to the public, on the main floor of City Hall, Monday through Friday ONLY between the hours of 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Drugs can be dropped off with no questions asked.

 

Please stop at the police counter to check in your items for disposal. Only pills in either plastic bottles (with or without labels) or plastic bags are accepted. NO GLASS BOTTLES, NO LIQUIDS, NO NEEDLES, NO CREAMS, NO INHALERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
