City Commission Meeting Summary - February 15, 2021

The Plymouth City Commission approved five emergency infrastructure repairs to City owned buildings at its regular meeting held February 15, 2021 via zoom.us. The five repairs include replacement of gable ends at the Municipal Services building, repairs to the columns at City Hall, repairs to the rotting wood at the Gathering, repairs and weather protection to the structural beams at the Cultural Center, and replacement of the automatic doors at the Cultural Center.

The City Commission approved an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement with Wayne County for park millage funds. The amended agreement will allow the City to use County millage funds for a second phase of lighting upgrades to Massey Field.

Other items of note from Monday's meeting include the authorization for the renewal of the Metro Act Right of Way Permit for 123.Net, Inc., and the approval of the revised poverty exemption guidelines.
