Meeting Minutes

Monday May 22, 2006

1. Roll Call

Board Members Present: Pat Gryzwacz, Barbara Dougherty; Myra Gentry, Don Hess and City Representatives Sherrie Pryor and Steve Faiman and Richard Melow, cemetery lawn maintenance contractor                              

Board Members Absent: Pat Carne and Rose Ashlee 

2. Approval of Minutes

Barbara Dougherty moved to approve the minutes of meeting of November 28, 2005 seconded by Myra Gentry. Motion passed unanimously.

5. New Business

Introduction of new cemetery board member, Don Hess.

Board members were informed that Sherrie Pryor was transferred to the Downtown Development Authority office in October 2005 and is no longer working in the Department of Municipal Services, but will continue to serve as liaison to the Cemetery Board

Cemetery Walk-Through

·        Request to have grass and weeds cleaned out of the beds around the mausoleum and the entry way

·        Request to have the “Comment Cards” sign removed from the pole where the cemetery rules are now kept.
