| The City Charter and Code of Ordinances were established in 1951. In November of 2007, a vote was taken revising the City Charter. Updates have occurred to the Code of Ordinances since 1951 and have been incorporated into the official record
The City of Plymouth provides a number of methods to review the entire charter and code of ordinances.
