Cemetery Board Meeting Minutes
Monday May 24, 2004

1. Roll Call -
Board Members Present: Loretta Olson, Pat Gryzwacz, Ina Severson Pat Carne and Myra Gentry
Board Members Absent: Barbara Dougherty
City Representatives: Sherrie Pryor and Steve Faiman, Foreman

2. Approval of February 2004 meeting Minutes
" Motion presented by: Member Carne seconded by Member Gryzwacz. Motion passed, unanimous

3. Citizens Comments -
" None

4. Old Business -
" Outstanding Time Payments - Memo from Teresa Cischke saying that time payments are all current and up to date was presented. No action needed

" Increase in fees for graves in Old Sections -A resolution from the City Commission was presented saying that fees for graves in the old section will now include a $200.00 premium as of May 1, 2004. No action needed.

5. New Business -
" Walk the Grounds - A walking tour of the grounds was conducted. Members discussed moving the can of temporary vases nearer to the entrance and getting a more attractive container to keep them in. Members toured the cemetery garage.

" Motion to adjourn at 5:20pm made by Member Gryzwacz and seconded by Member Gentry. Motion passed, unanimously.
