City of Plymouth has implemented online project bidding using the Quest Construction Data Network (QuestCDN).
Only electronic bids submitted through www.questcdn.com will be accepted for this project


Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Plymouth through QuestCDN until 2:00 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, June 4, 2020. Shortly after the bid closing time a bid tabulation will be prepared and posted online. Bids will be received for the following approximate quantities of work.


300 cyd of pavement excavation, 8200 sft of concrete drive and sidewalk removal and replacement, 10,250 syd of bituminous pavement milling, 4100 lft of curb and gutter, 3300 tons of bituminous pavement, 750 linear feet of sanitary sewer replacement, miscellaneous storm sewer, water main, pavement markings, and related work.

Plans and spec are also available for viewing at no cost (not to be used for bidding purposes) online at: www.wadetrim.com/resources/bid-tab/


The Contract Documents for bidding purposes are only available from QuestCDN starting on Friday, May 15, 2020. The Contract Documents can be viewed and downloaded by registering for free with QuestCDN online (www.questcdn.com) or by calling 952-233-1632. The QuestCDN Project Number is 7095842. There is a Fifteen ($15.00) nonrefundable fee for downloading the Contract Documents in pdf format. You must download the Documents from QuestCDN to be included on the planholders list.


You must download the Contract Documents from QuestCDN to Bid on the Project, to be included on the planholders list, and to receive Addenda. Bids will be received electronically through QuestCDN as outlined in the Supplemental Instructions to Bidders. There is a Thirty ($30.00) non-refundable fee for submitting a Bid.


Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the amount bid, drawn payable to City of Plymouth as security for the proper execution of the Agreement.


The City of Plymouth reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.


Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids.
