All City of Plymouth Recreation activity registrations require a signed registration/waiver form. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT full payment of class or activity fees. Fall 2010 Recreation Program Guide Online registration for all Fall programs begins 8/30.  In office registration begins 9/7. Brochures will arrive in all 48170 zip code mailboxes the week of September 6th. ** Please be patient when downloading; this is a very large file.  For quicker access to all class descriptions and information, follow the link below for online registration.  You may view classes as a guest or log in if you have already obtained a username and pin. **

Do Not Use The Class Registration Form For ANY TEAM SPORTS
1. For Soccer - Click on Athletics - Then click on the Soccer Page.

• If you wish to pay by Credit Card, and you are faxing or mailing the registration form, place the Credit Card number and expiration date in the space provided on the bottom of the registration form.
• We cannot process any registration without proper payment.
• Plymouth Township Residents do not qualify for the City of Plymouth Resident fee rates.
• The Recreation Department accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• If you are mailing in the registration form with a check, please make checks payable to the City of Plymouth.
