The City Clerk's department is the "keeper of all information" for the City of Plymouth. The City Clerk's office is usually the first place people go to with questions. They have a responsibility to:
- Maintain all official City records, including deeds, contracts, and other legal documents
- Keep a record of all ordinances, resolutions, and actions by the City Commission
- Provide public notice of all meetings at three separate locations which include the Plymouth District Library, Plymouth City Hall and the Plymouth Community Cultural Center
