Recycling
Recycling Processing Methods
Since August 2001 the city has changed recycling processing methods. The city now utilizes a bin method for processing all recycling materials. All acceptable materials are to be placed into the recycling bin. Exceptions are cardboard and large amounts of paper (clear bags of shredded paper) may be placed next to the recycling bin. Additional or replacement bins may be purchased for $15 at the Municipal Services Department.
