Responsibilities
The city manager for the City of Plymouth is Paul Sincock. The city manager directs the day-to-day activities for the city. The City Commission sets public priorities and policy, while the city manager and the staff complete the projects. The city manager serves as the City Commission's administrative advisor.

Often times the structure of local government in Plymouth is called the council - manager form of government even though our "council" is actually the City Commission in Plymouth's case.
